Not quite right? We want you to love what you ordered. Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates must have the hygiene liner intact.
Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to start a return

Go to My Orders and select the order.
Choose the items you'd like to return or exchange.
Follow the prompts to print your return label and drop off your parcel.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
